簡介:
Ephesians 4 and elsewhere in the Bible tells us that God has given the spiritual leaders of the church various gifts and working as a team in order to equip the saints for the work of service so that the church can be built up. God has clear instructions in the Bible concerning His requirements for spiritual leaders. We summed up these requirements into three aspects: “Mature Spiritual Life and Character”; “Vision and Mission”; “Leadership Gifts/Skills,” so that spiritual ministries will be accomplished through spiritual means by spiritual men.
